MumFit is a 45 min class designed to meet your fitness where it’s currently at.

Low impact exercises that will build or maintain the strength and endurance needed to meet the demands of pregnancy and early motherhood.

Special focus on core and pelvic floor function.

This supportive session is for:

  • Expecting mothers of any trimester

  • Women 8+ weeks postpartum

  • Perfect for mums seeking safe movement, connection and fun for mum and baby

A secure playpen, toys, change table and space for little ones to stay by your side while training is provided.

Timing:

  • Every Friday from 10.45am to 11.30am

Before your first session:

  • Exercise clearance from your doctor

  • A women’s health physio review is recommended

  • All new attendees complete a short health form

Meet your coach, Liz

A certified functional fitness coach for pregnancy and postpartum women, Liz Quinn is also a mum of a little one herself.

Holding a degree in Sport and Exercise Science coupled with 16+ years’ experience in the UK and Australia in the health and fitness industry, Liz is expertly positioned to deliver a meaningful and challenging MumFit session. Liz works as an Allied Health Educator for Alfred Health, Melbourne.

Liz founded her education business, Strong Mama, to empower women to move with confidence through pregnancy and beyond and delivers MumFit on behalf of CreateFit.
