Once upon a time, in a land of boardrooms, spreadsheets, and endless meetings, Heather realised that climbing the corporate ladder wasn’t as exciting as climbing a rope or swinging a kettlebell. She and Simon loved dreaming about how to turn their passion for fitness into a community where people of all ages and abilities could thrive.
So, Heather traded her suits for sneakers (Simon is still donning his suit) and opened CreateFit — a place where everyone is welcome, whether you’re an absolute beginner or a seasoned athlete. We’re all about embracing your unique fitness journey, helping you break a sweat, and having a good laugh (sometimes at Simon's questionable dad jokes).
At CreateFit, we believe in building a fitness home—a place where you can high-five your way through tough workouts, celebrate every milestone, and find a community that cheers for you every step of the way.

Jorge
"16 years experience in CrossFit training and 15 years coaching. Competed in the first 2 Crossfit Regionals. Worked as a Head Coach of Liga Interbox National CrossFit Competitions in Chile for 4 years. Soon after a few competitions switched my passion of competing to get people healthier, fitter and happier. Enjoy being outside and in the gym catching up with all my friends (members) Easy Peasy!".

Jenna
Jenna has a background in gymnastics and over 10 years of coaching experience. She has spent much of my career studying human movement and biomechanics and as well as being an expert coach she is also a physiotherapist.

I competed in powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting before diving into the world of Crossfit. Where I have competed as both an individual and in a team.

Cameron
I've been involved in CrossFit for over 12 years, both as an athlete and a Coach. I specialise in coaching competitive CrossFit athletes from around the world, ranging from local competitions to World championships. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, spending time with my three cats, and pursuing my lifelong goal of breaking 100 in golf.
